A. Page Management

• Manage the company’s Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, and other assigned social media accounts.
• Monitor page activities, comments, messages, reviews, and customer interactons.
• Ensure company information, contact details, promotions, and other page information are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of company social media accounts.

B. Customer Communication

• Respond to customer messages and comments promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, promotions, prices, and procedures.
• Handle basic customer complaints and inquiries.
• Escalate complicated complaints or sensitive cases to the responsible department or supervisor.
• Follow up with customers when necessary.
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional communication style.

C. Content Posting

• Post approved content, promotions, announcements, photos, videos, and other materials according to the content schedule.
• Write or assist with simple captions for social media posts.
• Coordinate with the Marketing/Design team for artwork, videos, and promotional materials.
• Check spelling, information, links, images, and formating before publishing.
• Ensure all published content follows company branding guidelines.

D. Engagement & Page Growth

• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.
• Support activities to increase followers, reach, engagement, and page visibility.
• Monitor trending topics and social media activities relevant to the business.
• Support online campaigns, promotions, contests, and special events.

E. Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor page performance, including followers, reach, engagement, messages, and response rate.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly page activity reports.
• Record common customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Report important customer issues or negative comments to the supervisor.
• Provide suggestions to improve customer engagement and page performance.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Page Admin, Customer Service, social media, or a related role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platiorms.
• Good writen communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate professionally in Khmer; English is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Cap Cut, or other content-editing tools is an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple customer inquiries.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new social media trends and tools.
