Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Welcome and guide patients and families during inpatient admission.
  • Verify and record patient information accurately in the hospital system.
  • Ensure completion of admission forms, consent forms, and insurance/payment arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for admitted patients and their families regarding non-medical inquiries.
  • Support patients in room allocation, facility requests, and service needs.
  • Coordinate with nursing, medical, billing, housekeeping, and other departments to resolve patient needs.
  • Handle patient or family concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
  • Support hospital initiatives to improve patient satisfaction in IPD.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Training in hospital administration, customer service, or emergency services is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospital admissions, inpatient services, or customer service (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of inpatient admission and discharge processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to comfort patients in stressful situations.

Working conditions:

  • Working days: 5 days per week.
  • Working hours: 8.00 – 18.00 (include 1-hour lunch break).
  • Days off, holiday: 2 days off per week (rotation).
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Based on your performance
  • Pay change: Twice a year (January and July).
