  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for local and overseas purchases.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best value for the company.
  • Manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate overseas procurement, import processes, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics.
  • Monitor supplier performance, product quality, delivery schedules, and cost control.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with project, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries.
  • Experience in overseas sourcing, import/export procedures, and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Khmer and English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
