Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Manage the entire lifecycle of MPOS’s multiple products, including POS systems, mobile wallet integration, merchant platforms, and fintech services.
  2. Define product strategy and roadmap for each product, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  3. Prioritize product features and initiatives across different products based on market needs, customer feedback, and business value.
  4. Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver product releases on time and with high quality.
  5. Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and risks across different product lines.
  6. Monitor product performance metrics (adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction) for all products and recommend improvements.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and financial regulations for every product.
  8. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding product features, updates, and roadmaps.
  9. Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge, training, and go-to-market strategies.
  10. Continuously drive innovation across all MPOS product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or POS systems.
  3. Strong ability to manage multiple products simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources.
  4. Solid understanding of payment ecosystems, mobile wallets, and POS solutions.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with proven project management experience.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with ability to use data for decision-making.
  7. Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams.
  8. Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and customer journey mapping.
  9. Knowledge of compliance, financial regulations, and cybersecurity standards in fintech.
  10. Proficiency in Chinese and English.
