Job Summary
To achieve the marketing objectives (share of market / growth) and profitability (operating margin) by implementing promotional plans within agreed budget by helping achieve the targets as planned in the budget for the assigned brand(s) / Products.
Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Strategic Brand Leadership

  • Annual Brand Planning: Spearhead the development and execution of the 1-to-3-year strategic business plans, aligning global brand guidelines with local Cambodian market realities.

  • Consumer & Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities , and consumer behaviors to identify white spaces and preempt competitive threats.

  • 360° Campaign Execution: Orchestrate end-to-end marketing campaigns (Digital, Social, PR, BTL, and HCP outreach), ensuring all touchpoints deliver a unified brand message and measurable ROI.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage forecasting, pipeline planning, and new product launches, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Sales.

2. Commercial Integration & Trade JBP Support

  • Joint Business Planning (JBP): Act as the strategic marketing partner to Key Account Managers (KAMs). Co-develop and pitch winning JBPs for top-tier modern trade and pharmacy accounts to secure premium visibility and share of shelf.

  • Trade Marketing Excellence: Translate consumer brand strategies into actionable, high-impact trade programs, promotional bundles, and POSM strategies that drive rapid sell-out and incentivize pharmacy/retail partners.

  • Channel Strategy: Optimize the brand presence across diverse channels, balancing the high-volume traditional pharmacy trade with rapidly growing Modern Trade and E-Commerce platforms.

3. P&L Ownership & Performance Tracking

  • Profitability Management: Own the brand P&L. Rigorously manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, optimize pricing elasticity, and ensure brands portfolio maintains its lucrative high net Operating Profit margin.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct monthly business reviews (MBR) and quarterly business reviews (QBR). Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, inventory levels, and campaign ROI to pivot strategies in real-time.

4. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Client Confidence: Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for principal clients . Prepare and present high-level business updates to secure ongoing investment and ensure seamless contract renewals.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead without authority. Galvanize the Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Medical detailing teams to ensure flawless execution of the brand vision.
