-Managing manpower-Oversee manpower & subcontractors activities to ensure project smooth workflow and complete on time.-Organize, assign, and plan tasks for team based on project requirements and delegate tasks ac-cording to team member’s skills, and specialties to ensure team perform efficiently.-Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with client requirements.-Coordinate with all relate teams,-Identify and address issues or delays on-site to maintain project timelines.-Prepare work progress reports to MD regularly (Daily report, Weekly report and other report…)-Other tasks assign by MD

Job Requirements
- Age: at least 30 years old.- At least 5 years of experience in Site Management.- Strong knowledge of production techniques in construction and signage.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.- Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Basic computer and reporting skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).- Willingness to work at various project sites and under pressure.
