Job SummaryJoin Sumi (Cambodia) Wiring System as a Production Staff member in our Phnom Penh manufacturing plant. This entry-level role supports daily production operations, quality standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced factory environment.Key Responsibilities● Support daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.● Follow standard procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.● Use basic IE, math, and calculation skills to assist production control and efficiency.● Maintain clear communication and coordination with team members and supervisors.● Operate effectively in a manufacturing environment and support overtime when needed.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.● English speaking ability.● Advanced computer skills.● Strong math and calculation skills; basic IE knowledge is an advantage.● Able to follow standard procedures in a manufacturing environment.● Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.● Willing to work overtime when required.● Entry-level candidates are welcome.
