Job Summary
Join PHUMSAKURA LAND CITY DEVELOPMENT Co.,Ltd as a Quantity Surveyor and support real estate project cost control, BOQ preparation, tendering, and budget tracking. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to grow in project and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs to support accurate project budgeting and planning.
● Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage to help control spending and reduce waste.
● Review contractor quotations, claims, and payment certificates for accuracy and contract compliance.
● Conduct cost analysis and identify practical cost-saving opportunities across project activities.
● Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams on cost, variation, and contract matters.
● Track variations, update cost records, and prepare reports on budget status and financial progress.
● Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes throughout project delivery.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction cost control.
● Strong knowledge of construction materials, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and cost analysis.
● Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software for accurate reporting.
● Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with a detail-oriented working style.
