Job Summary
Join a growing real estate development team as a Site Surveyor in Phnom Penh, Dangkao. You will support construction accuracy through site measurements, setting-out, and survey documentation while working closely with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct site measurements, topographic surveys, and construction setting-out activities.
● Establish and verify control points, levels, and boundaries to support accurate site execution.
● Check that construction work matches approved drawings, specifications, and site layouts.
● Operate and maintain surveying tools such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
● Prepare survey reports, drawings, measurement records, and other site documentation.
● Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams on survey needs and updates.
● Monitor site progress and identify any discrepancies in dimensions or alignment.
● Maintain accurate survey records and ensure all data is organized and up to date.

● Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in land or construction surveying.
● Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related survey software.
● Good knowledge of construction drawings, site layouts, and measurement standards.
● Strong attention to detail with analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Ability to work well with engineers, contractors, and project teams on site.
● High level of accuracy, accountability, and commitment to site safety and quality.
