- Support the Recruitment Team in daily recruitment activities.
- Assist in job posting, candidate sourcing, and CV screening.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Help organize walk-in interviews, career fairs, career events, and employer branding.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
- Prepare simple reports and documentation as assigned
