Position Summary

To support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and documenting recruitment activities while gaining practical HR experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in job posting on various platforms (Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Key and update data in database system
  • Screen CVs based on job criteria and shortlist potential candidates
  • Help coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
  • Prepare basic recruitment documents such as candidate tracking lists and interview summaries
  • Support in organizing recruitment events or job fairs (if any)
  • Maintain candidate records and filing system
  • Assist in updating the internal recruitment database
  • Perform other recruitment and HR support tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Education: Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience: No prior experience required

  • Language: Good command of English (speaking and writing)

    Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Others:
  • Fast learner and willing to take initiative
  • Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Probation Period: 3 months, with performance review upon completion
  • Salary Increase: Offered after successful completion of probation
  • Annual Salary Review: Based on individual and company performance
  • Performance Bonus: May be provided at the end of the year
  • Paid Leave: According to the Cambodian Labor Law (annual leave, sick leave, public holidays)
