Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Lead and manage the end-to-end mass recruitment process to achieve hiring targets.
- Supervise and develop the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment performance.
- Develop employer branding strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Organize job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, analyze hiring performance, and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Oversee onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including 3 years in mass recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS, and local labor regulations.
- Good command of English and Thai languages.
