What You’ll Do

* Develop and execute aggressive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market footprint.
* Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the regional sales team.

* Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and partners.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed performance reports for executive leadership.
* Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure our solutions align with client needs.
* Shape the company’s brand presence through professional networking and industry events.

Job Requirements

* Fluent English is required for international business communication.
Bonus Qualifications
* Experience in the energy sector, industrial equipment, or B2B technical sales.
* Existing network of contacts within the Cambodian or regional Southeast Asian business landscape.
* Chinese language skills are a plus.
* Experience working with international creative or technical teams.
