1.  Leasing Strategy & Management
•  Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and desired tenant mix for residential properties.
•  Identify and target potential tenants aligned with the positioning of our projects and market demand.
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns to attract tenants.

2.  Tenant Relations & Negotiations
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
•  Lead lease negotiations, including terms, conditions, and renewal discussions for our residential units.
•  Resolve tenant issues and ensure compliance with lease agreements.

3.  Market Analysis & Reporting
•  Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and rental benchmarks in residential real estate sectors.
•  Provide regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market insights to senior management.

4.  Project Coordination
•  Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure timely handover of residential units to tenants.
•  Collaborate with contractors to meet tenant requirements during move-in stages.

5.  Compliance & Administration
•  Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal and company standards.
•  Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and rental payments for residential properties.
 

Education and Experience
•  Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  Minimum 5-8 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related fields, preferably with affordable housing, high-rise residential developments with.

Skills and Competencies
•  Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to analyze market data and develop effective leasing strategies.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Languages
•  Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Khmer or other languages is an advantage.
