Develop new business opportunities with customers in or outside Cambodia
Responsible for new business enquiries, service proposal presentation, and RFQ/RFP bid participation.
Identify the business potential and formulate the service solution to cope with customer’s requirements.
Coordinate with the overseas counterparts for new project implementation i.e. SOP, bidding task, new service/route, E2E development with in-house OOCL Logistics
Based on the Trade Model Ship, we work closely with M&S colleagues to achieve the set MS target. In addition, monitor the weekly and monthly lifting performance and adjust the strategy if required to ensure targets will be met.
Maintain a higher layer relationship with core customers with more importance and strategic value. Take timely involvement for customers who are more difficult to satisfy or disgruntled customers with service complaints.
Set expectations on sales staff’s performance, monitor and review sales staff’s progress, provide guidance and motivate sales staff to achieve targets in sales plan.
Constantly review existing and future biz opportunities with reference to cargo/customer mix and take necessary courses of action to meet Trade’s direction on segment portfolio with yield maximized.
Design and manage the sales staff’s developmental programs with proper training to raise skill level and sales productivity.
Keep abreast of the development and outlook of economic, socio, political and competitive environment to estimate impact on short- and medium-term lifting prospects.
Timely report to manager and trade of valuable and critical market info. Analyze market intelligence to propose strategic guidelines and policies.
Achieve sales goals through hands-on market planning, personal and team sales execution and development of business relationship with key customers, new business and retention
Maintain constant familiarization of product offerings and developments
Research and maintain current information regarding competitive information about top customers and their requirements

Able to make attractive PowerPoint presentation

Job Requirements
Education/Vocational Training
At least bachelor’s degree (in particular, majoring in Sales, Marketing or any related ones).
Experience
Minimum five-year experience in the international 3PL companies or carriers. Having a sales and marketing background is most preferable.
Personal Qualities and Skills
Knowledge of Sale, Marketing, Liner & related systems.
Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and having ability to work and manage team members.
Self-motivated, open mind, supportive attitude
Fast learning and willing to learn new skills.
Language and Knowledge
Good command of spoken and written English. Chinese language is plus
