Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales Admin to support sales operations, coordinate customer requests, and ensure smooth order processing and reporting. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in FMCG sales support.

Key Responsibilities
● Support daily sales administration, including order processing, data entry, and customer follow-up.
● Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and supply teams to ensure smooth delivery and replenishment.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and account updates.
● Prepare sales reports, track performance, and share timely updates with the team.
● Assist in managing retail customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
● Monitor stock levels, promotions, and in-store execution to support account success.
● Support team coordination and help improve workflow efficiency across sales operations.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Entry-level experience in sales administration, FMCG, or retail support is an advantage.
● Good understanding of sales processes, customer service, and basic trade operations.
● Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
● Able to prepare reports and analyze data accurately using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
● Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
● Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh, Saensokh, and travel as required.
