Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Actively assist customers and promote products to meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Perform upselling and cross‑selling to increase average transaction value.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide a welcoming and professional service to all customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Build positive, long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in line with company service standards.

Product Knowledge & Merchandising

  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and stocked.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional display guidelines.

Store Operations Support

  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and loss prevention.
  • Handle POS transactions, cash, and payment processing accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales floor.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Reporting & Teamwork

  • Report daily sales results and customer feedback to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
  • Support training and onboarding of new sales staff when required.
