The Sales Administrator supports the car leasing sales team by managing documentation, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth operations. This role focuses on administrative tasks specific to vehicle leasing agreements, customer coordination, and sales reporting in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize files, enter data, and prepare reports or presentations.
  • Order supplies, maintain office equipment, and handle basic bookkeeping.
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and optimize office processes.
  • Prepare and maintain leasing documents, including contracts, invoices, and customer applications.
  • Generate monthly sales reports, track lease performance, and assist in meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain customer databases, track leads, and follow up on sales inquiries for leasing products.
  • Monitor lease payments, collections, and account performance to minimize risks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 1 years in sales admin, leasing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
