Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Sales Strategy Development:

 - Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.                                                                                                                                                                              

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them.

2. Marketing Initiatives:

 - Inventory of Marketing Materials: Compile a comprehensive list of all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters and promotional items.

- Standardization of Materials: Ensure that all materials are standardized in terms of branding, messaging, and design to maintain a cohesive company image.

- Communication with Agencies: Reach out to all cooperating agencies to confirm their needs and requirements for marketing materials and schedule regular check-ins or meetings to discuss updates and gather feedback.

- Distribution Plan: Develop a distribution plan detailing how and when marketing materials will be delivered to each agency. Utilize both physical and digital channels for distribution as appropriate.

- Training and Support: Provide training sessions for agency staff on how to effectively understand company service.

- Feedback Mechanism: Establish a feedback mechanism for agencies to report on the effectiveness of the materials and suggest improvements. Regularly review feedback to make necessary adjustments.

- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the usage and effectiveness of marketing materials through sales data, and customer feedback.

- Regular Updates: Schedule regular updates for marketing materials to keep content fresh and relevant. - Inform cooperating agencies of any new materials or changes promptly.

 - Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.  

- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, conducting regular performance reviews.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.  

- Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance retention.

5. Report

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market trends.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments (operations, customer service) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with company goals.

  - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for sales activities.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or transportation industry.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
