• Identify business opportunities in B2B deals or new product ideas among Asian markets, specifically Chinese-invested companies or organizations in/outside Cambodia.• Map and prioritize Chinese business in Cambodia with high potential for business expansion.• Engage, make a lead and convert to B2B sales in alignment with business strategy of CBO division. Achieve set sales target. Maintain and develop relationship with customers through dedicated support and upselling.• Plan, organize activities and engage relevant internal/external teams to boost and promote B2C prepaid products to individuals or SMEs in Chinese community.• Source, identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with local representations of Chinese companies or organizations, including but not limited to tech providers, service providers or OTT players.• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government representatives or ecosystem players through participating in regional business forums, industry events and networking sessions.• Always act on company Core Values, with high integrity, fully compliant with laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Education & Qualification: • Bachelor or a master degree in business, marketing, international relationship, or an equivalent is preferable • Native-level fluency in Chinese (Putonghua) and very good command of English; Fluency of both spoken and written• Study experience in greater China region including mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Singapore is preferable
Working Experience:• Minimum 2 years working experience in enterprise sales, business development, customer relationship and/or marketing preferably in Telco, ISP, SI company or Financial institution• Experience of B2B product sales including customer engagement, lead creation, negotiation and after-sales support• Working experience in Chinese desk taking care of Chinese customers specifically is preferable• Experience of working collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders at all levels including senior management• Experience in partner management and the ability to synthesize and execute against problems and timelines
