Job Description

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally, offering product knowledge and test drives.
  • Follow up on leads from Walk-ins, CRM, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present quotations, promotions, and finance options to customers.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features.
  • Log all customer interactions, inquiries, and updates in CRM.
  • Maintain showroom appearance: vehicles, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Communicate daily progress and challenges to Sales Supervisor/Manager.
  • Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation for contracts and approvals.
  • Coordinate with Bank Loan Managers for loan approvals and payment processing.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 

Weekly Key Tasks

  • Review weekly sales targets and progress with Sales Supervisor/Manager.
  • Follow up on pending leads and convert them into test drives or deals.
  • Conduct one-on-one skill development sessions or role-play exercises with Sales Supervisor.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates on customer feedback, inquiries, and challenges.
  • Analyse competitor promotions and customer trends to improve personal performance.
  • Support showroom events or promotions to attract potential customers.
  • Track personal KPI performance: leads, test drives, conversions, and upselling.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all sales contracts, deliveries, and customer information.
  • Provide input on vehicle stock needs based on customer interest and trends.
  • Collaborate with Aftersales and Service team for smooth handover of sold vehicles.

 

Monthly Key Tasks

  • Review monthly sales performance vs. target with Sales Manager.
  • Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and CRM usage.
  • Update customer database and follow up with previous customers for satisfaction and referrals.
  • Analyse personal sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist Sales Manager in preparing monthly reports and insights on customer behaviour.
  • Contribute to planning showroom promotions or campaigns for the next month.
  • Evaluate customer feedback received during the month and propose improvements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
  • Track and submit incentive or commission claims accurately.
  • Support team in achieving overall dealership sales objectives.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  •  Relevant sales training or certification is an advantage

Experience

  •  1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  •   Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
