•Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets•Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share•Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and regular feedback•Support team members in closing deals and handling key customers•Ensure excellent customer service and a high level of client satisfaction•Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and track KPIsRecruit, onboard, and train new sales consultants•Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve sales performance•Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles•At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role•Strong leadership and team management skills•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets•Ability to motivate and develop team membersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems•Good command of English and Khmer
