  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the laboratory and medical equipment sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Dedicated CRM will be available to help for this purpose.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio and stay updated on new product developments and industry innovations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, research of new products according to market demand, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall businessgoals.
  • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals with key customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues and providing exceptional post-sales support.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of laboratory and medical equipment, market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events if needed.
