  • Monitor service response time and customer feedback.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate sales and service staff.
  • Conduct training and coaching for team development.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide regular evaluations.
  • Manage work schedules and manpower planning.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory availability related to customer orders.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
