We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in architectural glass and aluminum fabrication. In this role, you will drive sales growth across our primary product lines—including custom doors, windows, mosquito nets, glass partitions, and aluminum kitchen cabinets. You will manage client relationships, lead sales strategies for residential and commercial projects, and work closely with our technical and fabrication teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in residential, commercial, and interior project segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, property developers, and homeowners.
• Perform site visits, conduct initial measurements, and present technical product solutions (doors, windows, partitions, cabinets, insect screens).
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, commercial proposals, and quotations based on architectural drawings and client specifications.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry and negotiation to project delivery and final payment collection.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and production/installation teams to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

• Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience in architectural glass, aluminum fabrication, building materials, or interior fit-outs.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural blueprints, floor plans, and elevation drawings.
• Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of aluminum profiles, glass types (tempered, laminated, insulated), hardware fittings, and custom cabinet/partition systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and standard CRM or estimation software.
