Job Summary
Sales Supervisor at PHUMSAKURA LAND CITY DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd. leads daily sales operations, coaches the team, and supports property sales success in Phnom Penh. This role suits a driven real estate professional who can build client trust and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily sales activities and support the team to meet targets.
● Monitor sales performance, track progress, and share actionable updates.
● Coach, motivate, and guide sales agents to improve results.
● Support property presentations, client negotiations, and deal closures.
● Build strong client relationships and ensure a professional sales experience.
● Prepare sales reports, market insights, and performance summaries.
● Ensure sales activities follow company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
● At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
