Job Summary
Dynamic Sales Supervisor needed to drive client growth, build strong business relationships, and support sales targets in a fast-paced advertising and marketing environment in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Build networks and identify potential clients to achieve sales targets.
● Understand customer needs, negotiate terms, and tailor solutions accordingly.
● Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client delivery.
● Communicate updates on processes, guidelines, and customer requirements.
● Handle additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
● Proven experience in sales, business development, or client service.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
● Team-oriented with good coordination and follow-up skills.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in advertising, PR, or marketing industry is an advantage.
● Proficiency in Khmer and English communication is preferred.
