Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor for Modern Trade to drive customer growth, manage in-store execution, and support sales performance across key retail accounts in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise and support modern trade sales activities to achieve sales targets and market growth.
● Build strong relationships with key account customers and ensure excellent service delivery.
● Monitor in-store execution, promotions, stock availability, and product visibility.
● Coordinate with merchandising and supply teams to ensure smooth product replenishment.
● Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions to improve results.
● Coach and guide the sales team to strengthen execution and customer handling skills.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or modern trade channels.
● Strong understanding of retail operations, key accounts, and trade execution.
● Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to analyze sales data and prepare clear performance reports.
● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh and travel as needed.
