We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that help drive business improvements and inform decision-making. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Recommend and implement improvements to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and optimize workflows.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on business needs, project goals, and deliverables.
• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into system functionality, ensuring solutions meet business needs and goals.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including business process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Collaborate with the testing team to ensure that the implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Assist with project planning, status tracking, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress and address issues that may impact timelines, cost, or deliverables.
• Support delivery manager closely in areas requiring systems and business domain knowledge.
• Perform day-to-day BAU applications and IT operations support.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in insurance or financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience with business process modeling, requirements documentation, and business process mapping.
• Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions in a dynamic business environment.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks and deadlines
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Burmese languages (both verbal and written) with good presentation skills

ADVANTAGE:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in Life Insurance industry.
