• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, banking, financial, and real estate matters.• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and NDAs.• Ensure compliance with Cambodian laws and regulatory requirements including AML/CFT.• Liaise with regulators, government authorities, and external legal counsel.• Handle corporate secretarial matters, licenses, permits, and statutory filings.• Conduct compliance monitoring, internal reviews, and risk assessments.• Support management in legal risk management and decision-making.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.• Strong knowledge of Cambodian laws and regulations.
• Experience in financial services, investment, or corporate group environment pre-ferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage.• High integrity, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
