Job Description

Develop and update existing credit review procedures Prepare lessons learnt from significant NPL cases and brief related stakeholders Reviewed selective NPL cases following the current procedure

  • Manage and prepare lesson reports of the issues found and share them with related stakeholders to improve the quality of the application.
  • Review and check NPL case as per guideline
  • Manage and control credit-related fraudulent of bank
  • Arrange and Prepare credit review reports for management and ad-hoc requests as required by related stakeholders.
  • Recommend the changes in credit-related processes to reduce the bank's credit risk profile.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business administration or Management or equivalent (Master's Degree is preferred)
  • Other related certified courses are preferred
  • Professional Training in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Macro
  • Have knowledge of reporting
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in credit-related management roles in the banking industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Credit Assessment role
  • Excellent in English proficiency both verbal and written, and Chinese is a plus
