An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Strategic Business Development:

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including large enterprises, SMEs, schools, non-profits, and retail outlets, by conducting marketing survey or other tools.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, primarily focusing on Office Managers, HR & Admin Managers, and Procurement Managers (Linkedin). Act as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and challenges in-depth to recommend and present tailored product solutions from our full range of stationery and office supplies.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and initial contact to proposal creation (conduct regular prospects and client visits to present products, provide samples), negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Platform Advocacy: Promote and demonstrate the company's e-commerce platform to clients, highlighting its features for streamlined ordering, budget control, and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal teams (logistics, finance, warehouse) to ensure a seamless order fulfillment and superior customer service experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Assist in marketing activities such as promotions, product launches, and exhibitions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in office supplies, corporate services, or a related industry.
  • A strong, existing network and proven ability to build relationships with Office Managers, HR/Admin Managers, and Procurement Managers is essential.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Khmer and English.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and the ability to articulate their value to B2B clients.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets
