Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Regional Market Expansion
• Identify and target high-growth areas such as towns, neighborhoods, business hubs, apartment
complexes, or commercial buildings within the assigned region.
• Conduct market surveys, track competitors, and find new partnership opportunities (e.g., building
owners, real estate agents, local businesses).
2. Direct Sales & Client Management
• Promote and sell ISP internet packages and services to:
o Residential customers
o SMEs and small offices
o Local hospitality businesses (guesthouses, hotels)
• Engage directly with walk-in, door-to-door, or referred leads.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Local Promotion & Brand Presence
• Assist in regional marketing efforts, including:
o Local events, trade fairs, and promotions
o Banner/poster installations
o Collaboration with influencers or referral agents
• Represent the ISP brand professionally in all community interactions.
4. Coordination & Reporting
• Work closely with:
o Regional Sale Supervisor for updates, pricing, and targets
o Technical team or field installers to schedule service activations
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports (leads, visits, contracts, installations).
5. After-Sales Follow-Up
• Ensure customers are successfully connected and satisfied after installation.
• Handle minor support inquiries and forward technical issues to hotline or NOC.
• Encourage upgrades, referrals, and renewals.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years in field or regional sales (preferably ISP, telecom, or utility sector)
• Strong knowledge of local geography and culture
• Excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic technical understanding of internet types, routers, and coverage areas
• Familiar with CRM/sales tools and reporting systems
• Must be fluent in Khmer (English or Chinese is a plus depending on region)
