• Maintain and update a personal sales pipeline daily.
2. Product Promotion & Demonstration
• Explain internet packages, speeds, coverage, pricing, promotions, and value-added services to
potential customers.
• Help customers compare different plans and choose one that fits their needs.
• Demonstrate how to do speedtest.
3. Sales & Contract Closing
• Present and explain quotations and terms & conditions.
• Complete all contract forms, identity verification, and payment method.
• Coordinate with service coordinator team for installation scheduling.
4. Customer Follow-up
• Follow up on leads, pending decisions, and ensure successful installation and activation.
• Gather customer feedback and upsell services like speed upgrades, Wi-Fi extenders, or static IPs.
• Maintain good relationships to encourage referrals or future sales.
5. Daily Reporting
• Report daily performance (new leads, deals closed, follow-ups) to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
• Use the company’s CRM to log activities, contacts, and sales progress.
