Job Description

1. Greet customers in a courteous and timely manner.

2. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

3. Interpret customer concerns for the mechanic, so that the mechanic can diagnose and service the motor accordingly.

4. Organize and manage scheduling for service appointments.

5. Prepare comprehensive and detailed service orders and provide cost estimates.

6. Update customers regarding any changes or delays in service.

7. Provide clear explanations to customers about the status of repairs, maintenance processes, and related costs.

8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

9. Collaborate with the service team to maintain a smooth flow of work.

10. Follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction with services provided and to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in a relevant field will be a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive sales or services.

3. Strong understanding of motor bike repairs and maintenance.

4. Exceptional customer service skills.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

7. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of service department software programs.
