Job Summary
Join a dynamic real estate developer in Phnom Penh and take ownership of daily property operations, tenant support, and maintenance coordination. This role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily property operations, maintenance activities, and service coordination.
● Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
● Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth delivery.
● Conduct regular property inspections and support safety and compliance standards.
● Monitor maintenance budgets, track expenses, and support cost control efforts.
● Prepare property reports, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
● Support rent collection activities and tenant retention initiatives.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in property management, facility management, or a related role.
● Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and handle tenant relations professionally.
● Good understanding of property operations, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
