  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate leads and opportunities for transformer servicing, retrofitting, and upgrades.
  • Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers.
  • Monitor project progress and manage client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits for assessments, inspections, and audits.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotes, service reports, and sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports to management on service sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Maintain dashboards for service sales performance, forecast, and customer pipelines.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in service sales within the transformer or electrical equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transformer products, maintenance, and testing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Experience with CRM tools .
