Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site
  • Check and approve materials and workmanship
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and sequencing of construction activities
  • Perform setting out of buildings, roads, utilities, and structures
  • Conduct topographic, level, and as-built surveys 
  • Use surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Levels
  • Verify site dimensions, alignments, and elevations
  • Maintain accurate survey records and reports
  • Identify and report discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions
  • Prepare as-built drawings and coordinate survey data with design teams

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying
  • Proven experience in construction projects (buildings, roads, or infrastructure)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and surveying practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
  • Proficiency in surveying instruments and engineering tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
