  • Write clean, readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Effectively debug and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable APIs using REST, SOAP, and event-driven architecture.
  • Develop service-oriented and microservice-based applications for scalability and flexibility.
  • Analyze and optimize database structures to ensure system performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in development processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in API development using REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, service-oriented architectures (SOA), and distributed systems.
  • Good understanding of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices is a plus.
  • Experience with enterprise system integration, API gateways, and middleware.
  • Knowledges of front-end frameworks like Reactjs or Angular is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the banking or insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
