Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Class Operations & Quality Assurance
- Attend and observe assigned classes to ensure smooth operations, track student attendance and performance through the in-house Learning Management System (LMS), and compile class data for reports
- Coordinate activities and logistics for class onboarding and offboarding processes while supporting trainers in operating the LMS and coordinating classroom flows
- Assist with quality assurance efforts including program evaluations, documentation, and recommendations for improvement
Student & Trainer Support
- Provide learning support or one-on-one explanations to students on subject matter during practical activities or when necessary
- Respond to basic student questions or clarify instructions while the trainer focuses on main delivery
- Serve as a bridge between the academic/program team and trainers/students, liaising with trainers to gather insights and follow up on student or class issues

Job Requirements

Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or have a background in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related technical fields
- Preferably familiar with education or training environments
Skills & Competencies
- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English
- Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to navigate learning management systems
- Observant, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with a friendly, professional attitude and high integrity Availability
- Available on weekday evenings and weekends based on class schedule (approximately 12-15 hours/week)
