Position Purpose

To provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports young children’s early development. The role focuses on delivering age-appropriate lessons, promoting positive behavior and wellbeing, monitoring student progress, and working closely with colleagues and parents to ensure holistic child development.

Job Goals

• Create a safe, nurturing, welcoming and engaging learning environment for young students.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early learning and development.
• Promote positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional development.
• Observe, assess, and record student’s progress and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain a well-organized and supportive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership.
• Communicate effectively with parents to support each student’s development and wellbeing.
• Support pre-school events, activities, and parent engagement.

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching kindergarten or early years.
• Understanding of international pre-school curriculum preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
