• Support customer and fix issue from Helpdesk support team.• Support customer requests related to technology requirements.• Terminal training when new device deployment or when customer (in-house ormerchant) requests a new training session.• Installation, maintenance, and update terminal (ATM & Cash Deposit) application• Respond to/Resolve support issues from users in a fast and professional manner.• Keep support requesters updated on the progress of resolving their issues.• Identify and suggest possible improvements to existing procedures.• Ensure all supports/issue logs are documented.• Proactively and reactively fix any errors found as quickly as possible.• Other related matters assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements
• Technical knowledge related to copy machine/fax/printer/cash counting machine.• Document management would be preferred.• Interpersonal skills and good communication skills.• Experience as a cash counting machine engineer or customer support roles would bean advantage.• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
