Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation system.
  • Develop/update the report as required by the system owner.
  • Support all users to operate the system well.
  • Testing patch/program from system vendor before deploying to the production system.
  • Perform other related tasks as required by management.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Bank's objectives and goals. Testing Exercise of Disaster Recovery (IT systems).
  • Working with other developers and software providers to ensure the developed functions are aligned with the overall program application.
  • Resolves all technical issues that are related to servers.
  • Documents all systems changed/updated.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Bank's objectives and goals.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the requirements are met.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.
  • Providing support for any project reporting to management.
  • Supporting and providing required info for any audit activities.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required.
  • 2+ years of experience with developing applications/systems.
  • Understanding of Software Development.
  • Knowledge in Java or C# and OOP concepts.
  • Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP & REST) and creating API documentation.
  • Knowledge of Git/SVN.
  • Basic knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OATH2)
  • Experience with ESB platforms such as Fiorano and WS02 is a plus.
  • Be able to administer SQL Server and Linux/Sun Solaris OS.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
  • Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English.
