- Document & Administrative Coordination: Communicate with Chinese clients to request, collect, and follow up on necessary paperwork, particularly documents required for tax declarations and compliance.- Communication & Notifications: Professionally deliver messages, updates, and official announcements from the company's management to the clients.- Service Fee Coordination: Discuss, clarify, and coordinate with clients regarding the company's service fees and related financial inquiries.- Translation & Internal Support: Translate verbal communications, emails, and documents from Chinese to Khmer to bridge the language gap and support the internal operations team.- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with Chinese clients to ensure high service satisfaction. Identify any challenges or client concerns and report them to management for timely solutions.Soft Skills & Attitudes:- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and mediate.- Patient, friendly, and deeply customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.- High sense of responsibility, reliable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team under pressure.- Flexible, highly responsive, and adaptable to different working situations.
