Job SummaryJoin Vattanac Bank as a Customer Resolution Centre Officer in Phnom Penh. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a professional banking experience that supports trust, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities● Handle inbound customer calls and service requests with professionalism and care.● Resolve customer issues accurately, escalating complex cases when needed.● Provide clear product and service information in line with bank policies.● Record and update customer interactions in the system with accuracy.● Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.● Maintain confidentiality and uphold service quality standards at all times.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.● 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or banking support.● Strong communication skills in Khmer, English, and /or Chinese is a plus.● Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.● Able to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.● Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using banking systems.● High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.● Be able to work night shift.
