Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision 
  • Oversee daily warehouse operation and delivery plan  
  • Monitor Project PICs to ensure the inventory both logical and physical are well controlled+V37    
  • Ensure the inventory accuracy achieve with target     
  • Be able to monitor multiple warehouses and clients     
  • Ensure daily delivery plan are well performed
  • Problem solving with internal team     
  • Problem solving with clients in case PICs not able to response    
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations    
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures    
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system    
  • Plan work routes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results   
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
  • Ensure the team billing to customer on time and accurately
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience of Warehouse Management. CG, F&B    
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ex: SAP or others
  • Computer’s program  :  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Language   :  English
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities
  • Leadership and management skills
