Job Summary
Experienced warehouse professional needed to oversee daily inventory and warehouse operations, ensure accurate stock control, and support smooth material flow for a growing real estate development company in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and stock transfers to ensure accurate daily warehouse operations.
● Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate discrepancies promptly.
● Ensure materials are properly stored, organized, labeled, and safeguarded in line with company standards.
● Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the Procurement team.
● Verify all incoming and outgoing materials against approved documents and delivery records.
● Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with procedures and work standards.
● Enforce safety, security, and housekeeping practices to maintain an efficient warehouse environment.
● Prepare clear inventory and warehouse operation reports for management review.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in construction or real estate.
● Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and stock reconciliation.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data tracking.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Able to work accurately under pressure and maintain high standards of organization.
● Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of supervising warehouse staff effectively.
