Description

Manage and maintain product costing and inventory costing processes.
Analyze manufacturing, production, and operational costs to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Monitor inventory valuation and support stock reconciliation activities.
Review material, labor, and overhead costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
Support internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in costing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, or financial analysis.
Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, industrial, or production environments is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Fluent in English and Khmer
