2 Support user acquisition through ambassadors, referrals, and partnerships.

3 Grow and manage EDX Exchange communities with focus on trust and retention.

4 Coordinate with marketing, product, and compliance on community campaigns.

5 Plan and support AMAs, webinars, educational events, and activations.

6 Monitor community sentiment and participation to identify growth opportunities.

7 Engage with users professionally to strengthen loyalty and advocacy.

8 Track metrics related to community growth, engagement, and conversion.

9 Support content distribution and campaign execution across community channels.

10 Identify ambassadors, KOLs, and ecosystem partners for collaboration.

11 Prepare reports on growth activities and community performance.

12 Contribute ideas to improve activation, retention, and community value.

1 Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

2 At least 2 to 3 years of experience in community growth or marketing.

3 Strong verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English.

4 Experience managing online communities and engagement campaigns.

5 Good understanding of acquisition, retention, and community growth.

6 Able to coordinate with marketing, compliance, operations, and product.

7 Strong organizational skills for events, campaigns, and calendars.

8 Familiarity with Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.

9 Experience in fintech, finance, digital assets, or regulated sectors preferred.

10 Ability to analyze engagement data and turn it into action plans.

11 Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and relationship building.

12 Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
