Market analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trading opportunities and inform decision-making.
Develop trading strategies: Create and refine trading strategies to maximize profitability and achieve business objectives.
Oversee trading operations: Manage and supervise all trading activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the Miniapps market
Risk management: Monitor and manage trading risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential losses.
Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of traders, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Performance evaluation: Evaluate the performance of trading activities and individual traders, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as risk management, compliance, and IT, to ensure seamless trading operations.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on trading performance and market conditions.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in trading, business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management.
Proficiency in trading software and platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plan.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
